Frequently
Asked Questions
Why can’t Libera albums be purchased
in all countries?
The current and recent albums are released by EMI.
It is an international organisation with links all over the world, but
each country makes its own choice as to when to release CDs – or
indeed whether to release them at all.
Does Libera have a DVD?
Yes indeed. Libera’s first DVD is of a public concert staged in Leiden,
Holland with full orchestra and sumptuous lighting in the atmospheric setting
of the St Pieterskerk. Many of the Libera favourites are included and it
is available at the moment in the US and Japan. It can be exported to other
countries via sites such as Amazon. It’s called Libera ‘Angel
Voices in Concert’. Please visit the video page
for more information...
Are Libera songs published as sheet
music for other groups to perform?
Although we hope to make some available in the future, at the moment it
is not possible to purchase sheet music for Libera compositions or arrangements.
A few tracks from the albums are based on existing pieces like ‘Be
still my soul’ from the album ‘Free’ which is a hymn
version of the chorale in Finlandia by Sibelius. These may be found at
music shops in other arrangements.
I have signed up to your mailing list but I have not received any emails:
We mainly use our mailing list to announce upcoming concert tours and CD
releases, rather than as a regular newsletter. For this reason, and because
we understand how frustrating it can be to receive lots of unwanted communications,
we try to use it very sparingly. If you want to read more news about us
please join our online communities at Myspace or Facebook where we post
videos and blogs by the boys themselves, as well as official announcements.
You can even set things up (using RSS) so that whenever things change you
receive notification.
I want to unsubscribe from the mailing list:
Please send an email to mailshot@libera.org.uk with the word unsubscribe
in the subject. |
