Windows XP Service Pack 2: Allowing Trusted Sites

When Service Pack 2's Pop-up Blocker is enabled, you will not be able to view certain web pages that require pop-up windows.
This guide will explain how to add these sites to Internet Explorer's Trusted Sites list, thereby allowing you to open pop-up windows from specific sites.
1. Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options in the Tools menu.
2. Under the Security tab, click the Trusted Sites icon shown here.
3. To add sites, click the Sites button and the window below will appear.
4. Simply type in the site's url, (http://www.libera.org.uk) where it says "Add this website to the zone" and click Add.
5. Click OK.

That is all you should need to do. However if you are also running 3rd party pop-up blocker software, you will need to add http://www.libera.org.uk to the list of allowed sites.
